How much do I get paid in commissions?
Transparent resellers set their own resale prices for domain name
registrations. The cost of registration to a transparent reseller is $14.95 per
domain. We bill your client the resale price you choose. We pay you this resale
price (less a 5% credit processing fee)
minus your cost of $14.95. For example, if your resale price is $29.95, we
bill all your clients $29.95 (charges appear on their statement as "Domain
Registration"). The 5% processing fee on $29.95 is $1.50- making your total
$28.45 minus your cost of $14.95. Thus, you would receive $13.50 for every
domain you register through UnitDomain.com!
How often do commissions get paid?
UnitDomain.com pays commissions on a monthly basis by check in US dollars.
UnitDomain.com sends out commission checks by the 25th of the month for payment of reseller
commissions from the previous month. You must have more than $50.00 accumulated
in your account in order for a check to be cut. Any amount in your account less
than $50.00 is rolled over to the next month. For example, if you register
domains in October, and you have accumulated more than $50.00 in commissions,
your check will be cut on or around November 25th.
How do I track my commissions?
UnitDomain.com resellers track their domain name registration activity, including
commissions, via a secure login URL. Click the "reseller Log-in"
link on the left-hand menu bar. Input your user name and
password, and you will be able to see how many domains you have registered which
you have not yet received commission payment on. You may also run a report by
date to see all domains registered, both commissions paid as well as commissions
unpaid.
What type of Web sites may participate in UnitDomain.com Reseller Programs?
UnitDomain.com will only approve reseller web sites that offer a discernable product or service,
which may include information-only sites. Certain sites may not be part of the UnitDomain.com
reseller programs, including, but not limited to, adult sites or sites which promote or engage in illegal
activity, hateful or racist speech. UnitDomain.com reserves the right to choose its reseller members
and to cancel reseller memberships at its sole discretion.
Do I have to have Domain Name Servers (DNS) to become an reseller?
If you are a Transparent reseller, you must have your own name
servers for UnitDomain.com to remain anonymous. If you do not have your own Domain Name
Servers (DNS) You may still participate in the Transparent reseller program, if
you wish, but be aware that your clients may then know of UnitDomain.com's
presence as your registrar.
How long does it take to be approved?
UnitDomain.com automatically reviews your membership request. All
live Websites are granted membership immediately. UnitDomain.com,
however, reserves the right to cancel the membership for any sites not in compliance with UnitDomain.com program
requirements (offensive sites, hateful sites, etc.).
Will it be apparent to my customers that I do business with you?
UnitDomain.com’s identity remains anonymous.
Which UnitDomain.com products and services are included in the Reseller Programs?
All of our services, including domain registration, multilingual
registrations, transfers, etc. are included in the reseller program. As we
add new services, we do make them reseller-aware in time, as well...
